Ubiquiti airMAX PowerBeam M2 PBE-M2-400

The Ubiquiti airMAX PowerBeam M2 2.4GHz PBE-M2-400 has an innovative mechanical design. This PowerBeam M2 supports up to 150+ Mb/s real TCP/IP throughout. It directs RF energy in a tighter beamwidth. With the focus in one direction, the PowerBeam M2  blocks or spatially filters out noise, so noise immunity is improved. This feature is important in an area which is crowded with other RF signals of the same or similar frequency.

The Powerbeam M2 is used to create effective Point-to-point links in ISP networks. Other low-cost alternatives to create such links include the Nanostation M2 and the Loco M2.

Ubiquiti’s InnerFeed technology integrates the radio into the feedhorn of an antenna, so there is no need for a cable. This improves performance because it eliminates cable losses. Providing increased performance from its fast processor the PBE-M2-400 is versatile and cost effective to deploy.
